By visiting the Website or by purchasing any hardware that is sold by or distributed through us or our distributors and any accessory sensors and antennae that are paired or otherwise used therewith (collectively, the “Siren Marine Device”) , either independently or preinstalled on a piece of equipment, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy, which are also a part of the Terms and Conditions of the Website found at [sirenmarine.com/pages/terms-and-conditions]. The use of information collected through the Website shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which you, as the user, have requested from us and for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy.

For example, we gather or may gather certain information about your use of the Website and the Website networking, such as what areas you visit and what services you access. The Company and our partners, affiliates, and analytics or service providers use cookies or similar technologies. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. Users can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis.
