Why did the My Yamaha Outboards app and web portal get replaced by the Siren Connected Boat App?

The features you loved about the My Yamaha Outboards app and web portal were merged into the all-new Siren Connected Boat app. This will provide an enhanced customer experience by taking the best of both apps and combining them into one.

What happens to my account information from My Yamaha Outboards?

All customer account information was migrated from My Yamaha Outboards app into the Siren Connected Boat app.

What new benefits are available to me in the new Siren Connected Boat app?

The app offers exciting many new features such as:

  • Integration with Yamaha Outboards

Which Yamaha Outboards are compatible with Siren?

All Yamaha outboards are compatible with Siren. Different functionality will be available depending on what type of outboard you have (ex. Mechanical or Digital Electronic Controls).

Will NMEA 2000 data be available through the Siren Connected Boat app?

Yes! Additional rigging may be necessary depending on your boat's configuration. For a tailored solution and the acquisition of required equipment, we recommend consulting with your Authorized Yamaha dealer for expert guidance and available options.

What do I need to connect my Yamaha Outboard to Siren?

A Siren 3 Pro device will be needed with a valid subscription purchased through Sirenmarine.com. Additional optional sensors are available to purchase to enhance the security of your boat.

Will I be able to record and view my own maintenance records (DIY) in the app?

With our new app update, you now have the capability to effortlessly log your do-it-yourself (DIY) maintenance tasks and conveniently access a comprehensive history of all your maintenance activities.
